What does this MCR line mean?

The song Bulletproof Heart off of My Chemical Romance's new album Danger Days has the line " I gotta bulletproof heart, you've got a hollow point smile" in it. I really like this line and want to use it on a girl I like, but I want to make sure I know what it means. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks.
