89 Toyota Pickup 22re odometer not accurate help plz!?

my truck has just been rebuilt and is running smooth the tach and speedometer are working fine but my odometer is fast i went probably 10 miles and it says i've gone 175. I literally go down the street not even a block and it says it was a mile. it is an 89 toyota pickup the tach is separate from the gauge cluster . the tires are 31's and everything was working fine before the rebuild just the odometer is off now but everything else is great, the engine is a 22re and is bulletproof. If anyone can shed any light on this i would definitely vote best answer.
