My mom wont stop smoking?

my mom smokes about 8 cigarettes a day. she smokes mostly wen me and my little brother upset her. she only smokes in the garage. never in the house nor the car. now my older brother smokes. my father drinks. my little brother is evil. but mainly i just need help with my mom. she has back problems. wat shuld she do?
